Scan to Disk

Scan to disk is a great solution for smaller companies that do not own document management software or all size companies that may have staff that need to travel with copies of important documents when visiting clients. This is how it works, we collect your documents on a regular basis, scan them, add as many indexes you require to allow you to search for information such as account number, client name etc. The scanned images are then permanently burned to a CD or DVD together with a searchable database. We can even provide a secure login to the CD or DVD to protect your documents and add your company logo to the sign on screen for a professional personalised product. You can request as many copies of the same CD or DVD as you need, we can arrange distribution to any number of recipients as required. Hosted Services

We offer our extensive hosted service for businesses that want the full use of a document management application but do not want the expense and hassle of running an in house system. Customers that use the hosting service find it an excellent solution for storing documents safely via our dedicated, high speed servers. Clients can simply send us their documents for scanning, we will scan, index and file this information and present to the client via a high speed, secure internet connection. We offer full functionality via our web based browsers and can even process all electronic files such as word documents or spreadsheets to be stored alongside the scanned images.
